Colman Jewelry complies with the "Law of December 8, 1992, on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data," as amended by the Law of December 11, 1998, as well as the anti-spam provisions from Book XII of the Economic Law Code concerning the "right of the electronic economy."

Through this Privacy Policy, Colman Jewelry also complies with European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of personal data.

If you do not place an order or log in to our website for 5 years, we will delete your Customer Profile.

  3. You must always comply with security regulations, including preventing any unauthorized access to your login and code. Therefore, you are solely responsible for the use made from the Website of your computer, IP address, and your identification data, as well as for their confidentiality.
