Return
- If you purchase goods from us, you have the right to decide within 14 days from delivery that you do not wish to keep them. You can return your order without penalty and without providing a reason (return shipping costs are at your own expense). Within 30 days of receiving your returned order, we will refund the full purchase price via bank transfer. Please include your bank account details so we can initiate the refund process.
- The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. We will indicate or estimate the cost, if it cannot be reasonably calculated in advance.
- We offer a refund period of up to 30 days after we have received your returned goods in the same condition as when they were shipped from our store.
- During the first 14 days after delivery, we expect you to handle the order and packaging with care. If you want to be able to return the goods as described above, you may only unpack or use them to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep them. Returned goods may be tried on but must not be used. Items must be returned with their original packaging, all included accessories, and in original condition, following our instructions below.
- You can return your package via postal service, courier, or drop it off at one of our stores.
- To quickly and correctly exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill out the Return Form and send it to info@colman.be or mail it to Colman Antwerp, Eiermarkt 7 bus 1, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium.
- We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal by email.

We will do our utmost to address your complaint within 7 days.
All agreements made with our customers, regardless of their place of residence, are governed exclusively by Belgian law. In case of disputes, only the competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction. If international law dictates otherwise, Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law will prevail when interpreting these terms and conditions.
If we are unable to resolve the issue together, as a consumer you can contact becom. cecom.digital mediates between the consumer and the seller if the complaint is considered valid. For out-of-court dispute resolution, the Consumer Mediation Service of the Belgian Federal Government is authorized to handle any request for alternative dispute resolution. They will either process the request themselves or forward it to a qualified body. You can reach them via this link:
